These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and where your tour is booked via our website, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.  Registered Office adsress: Isali-Gaferli-Avcılar Mahallesi, Ragıp Üner Caddesi, No: 9/1 Göreme/NEVŞEHİR Licence No: 12113. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking (“Lead Name”) agrees on behalf of themselves and all persons detailed on the booking that:

 

  • PAYMENTS

TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. requires a deposit payment for all bookings made through www.hotairballoongoreme.com at the time of booking, and the payment is to be made in EURO. The deposit amount may vary depending on the specific tour or activity, ranging from 15% to 100%.

Payments are exclusively accepted through credit card via www.hotairballoongoreme.com/mail-order.com. Any payments made through alternative methods will not be accepted.

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the same day as the scheduled tour or activity. If the balance payment is made through card or bank transfer, an additional 10% fee will be applied to the outstanding payment amount.

  • CONFIRMATION

An instant confirmation will be sent to client e-mail address immediately after the deposit amount payment received.

  • CANCELLATION-REFUNDS

TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. accepts cancellation requests through email (info@hotairballoongoreme.com) or via WhatsApp (+905462712181). Cancellation requests made in any other way will not be accepted.

Clients who wish to cancel one or more of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, will be subject to the following fees:

Hot Air Balloon Flights:

  • If a cancellation is made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled flight date, TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. will acknowledge the cancellation and provide a full refund of the tour cost.
    If the cancellation occurs within 2 days (48 hours) or less prior to the flight date, no refund will be provided. The client acknowledges and confirms the obligation to pay the remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee on the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.
  • If hot air balloon flights are canceled on the scheduled date due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be issued, or the client may opt to reschedule their flight to the following day (subject to availability).
  • Clients may request a change of date with a minimum notice of 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled flight. TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. will accommodate the date change based on availability. However, if the request is made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the flight, it will not be accepted. In the event that clients do not show up for the flight on the scheduled date, the client agrees and confirms to settle the remaining balance in cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee of the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.

Multi-Day Tours:

Clients have the right to cancel their contract with TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. at any given time. The cancellation will take effect upon receipt of a written request from the agent or, for direct bookings, from the client. Clients seeking to cancel their product for any reason are eligible for reimbursement, the amount of which is contingent on the timing of the cancellation, as outlined below.

If cancellation notice is provided 30 days or more before the tour’s starting date, TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. will accept the cancellation and refund the entire tour cost, except for a 10% deduction. The client acknowledges and confirms their responsibility to cover any cancellation costs related to flights, bus tickets, or accommodation. Fees associated with the cancellation of flights, bus tickets, or accommodation, as well as potential loss of the full ticket costs, are both subject to the respective cancellation policies of the airline, bus company, or hotel.

If the cancellation occurs within 29 days or less prior to the tour starting date, no refund will be provided. The client acknowledges and confirms their agreement to pay the remaining balance amount in either cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee based on the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.

Daily Tours:

If a cancellation is requested at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled tour starting date, TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. will process the cancellation and refund all amounts except 10% of the total tour cost. The client acknowledges and confirms their responsibility to cover any cancellation costs associated with flight or bus tickets. Fees for canceling flight/bus tickets or incurring the full ticket cost depend on the cancellation policies of the respective airline or bus company.

If cancelled with-in 2 days or less prior to tour starting date no refund will be given and client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee based on the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.

Airport Transfers:

If a cancellation is requested at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled transfer date, TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. will acknowledge the cancellation and provide a full refund of the total cost.

If cancelled with-in 2 days or less prior to transfer date no refund will be given and client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee based on the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.
