These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and where your tour is booked via our website, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with TURY TURIZM LTD. CO.  Registered Office: Isali-Gaferli-Avcılar Mahallesi, Ragıp Üner Caddesi, No: 9/1 Göreme/NEVŞEHİR Licence No: 12113. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking (“Lead Name”) agrees on behalf of themselves and all persons detailed on the booking that:

• PAYMENTS

TURY TURIZM LTD. CO. charge deposit for all booking requests at the time of booking in EURO. Deposit could vary depending on the tour from 15% to 100%.
Balance is required in cash upon your arrival.
If you wish to pay the balance by card/bank transfer, there will be an extra 10% fee of the outstanding payment amount.

• CONFIRMATION

An instant confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after the deposit amount charged.

• CANCELLATION-REFUNDS

Clients, who wish to cancel one or more of their products for any reason including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:

Hot Air Balloon Flight cancellation & refunds policies

• If 2 days (48 hours) or more notice of cancellation made prior to flight date, TURY TURIZM LTD. CO. will accept cancellation and refund full tour cost.
  If cancelled with-in 2 days (48 hours) or less prior to flight date no refund will be given and client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card (extra 10% fee of the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD.CO.
• If hot air balloon flights are cancelled at the scheduled date due to bad weather conditions, a full refund will be made or client can choose to reschedule their flight to the next day (subject to availability).
• Client can request a date change 2 days or more notice prior to flight date and TURY TURIZM LTD.CO. will reschedule flight to another date subject to availability. If there isn’t availibility on the new requested date(s) and passengers can’t join the flight on the scheduled date client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card (extra 10% fee of the outstanding payment amount) to TURY TURIZM LTD.CO.
• TURY TURIZM LTD.CO. accepts cancellation request through e-mail (info@hotairballoongoreme.com) or via Whatsapp (+905462712181). Cancellation request made in any other ways are not accepted.

Multi-Day Tours

Clients can cancel their contract with TURY TURIZM LTD.CO. at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the time that TURY TURIZM LTD.CO. receives a written request from the agent or for direct bookings, from the client. Clients who wish to cancel their product for any reason shall be entitled to reimbursement, the amount of which depends on the timing of the cancellation, see below.

If 30 days or more notice of cancellation prior to tour starting date, TURY TURIZM LTD. CO. will accept your cancellation and refund all except 10% of the full tour cost and client accept and confirms to pay any flight/bus ticket /accommodation cancellation cost. Flight/Bus ticket/Accommodation cancellation fee or losing the full ticket costs are both subject to airline’s or bus company’s or hotel’s cancellation policies.

If cancelled with-in 29 days or less prior to tour starting date no refund will be given and client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card to TURY TURIZM LTD.CO.

Daily Tours

If you give 2 days (48 hours) or more notice of cancellation prior to tour starting date, TURY TURIZM LTD. CO. will accept your cancellation and refund all except 10% of the full tour cost and client accept and confirms to pay any flight/bus ticket cancellation cost. Flight/Bus ticket cancellation fee or losing the full ticket costs are both subject to airline’s or bus company’s cancellation policies.

If you cancelled with-in 2 days or less prior to tour starting date no refund will be given and client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card to TURY TURIZM LTD.CO.

Airport Transfers

If you give 2 days (48 hours) or more notice of cancellation prior to tour starting date, TURY TURIZM LTD. CO. will accept your cancellation and do full refund.

If you cancelled with-in 2 days or less prior to tour starting date no refund will be given and client accept and confirms to pay remaining balance amount in cash or by credit card to TURY TURIZM LTD.CO.
